The cost is £12.00 per person to include tea and cake and an introduction by either the owner- Lord Rupert Carrington or the Head Gardener, Mark.

The  high standard gardens are divided up into various themed areas with ponds, vegetable garden, lots of modern and traditional statues and various keepsakes on display from the previous Lord Peter Carrington who was the foreign secretary to Margaret Thatcher.

As well as the Manor Gardens  there is also the separate free Lyde Gardens next door which is open to public and contains a natural spring and in a  steep valley with ferns and woodland giving the gardens a unique hidden, tropical feel. These gardens have some sloping paths but Manor gardens are on the level.

There are toilets available in the Manor Gardens and a room is set aside for the tea and cakes.

Bledlow village contains a delightful Grade 1 listed Holy Trinity church from the 12 century close to the Manor and The Lions public house which provides lunches. Booking essential on 01844 343 345 if you decide to go there first.

Both the pub and church regularly feature in Midsomer Murders on TV.
